NO PURCHASE NECESSARY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  1. SPONSOR

This Giveaway is sponsored by ThePokeMonsters LLC ("Sponsor").

  1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

  1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway start date, end date, and drawing date will be announced on the applicable product page, website, social media post, or promotional materials.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants may receive entries through qualifying purchases made during the Giveaway Period as described in the applicable promotion.

Any free method of entry, if offered, will be described in the applicable promotion.

  1. ENTRY LIMITATIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to limit entries, disqualify fraudulent entries, and verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

  1. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the specific Pokémon slab identified in the applicable promotion.

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize will be listed in the promotion. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as required by law.

  1. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will occur within a reasonable time after the Giveaway Period ends.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone using the information provided during entry.

The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification attempt.

If the winner fails to respond, is ineligible, refuses the prize, or cannot be contacted, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

  1. PRIZE DELIVERY

ThePokeMonsters LLC will ship the prize to the verified winner within seven (7) business days after eligibility verification and acceptance of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's control.

  1. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Giveaway.

  1. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ThePokeMonsters LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

  1. DISPUTES

All issues and questions concerning the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
